Nature of our services

Acquisition Playbooks Pty Ltd provides marketing services on a retainer basis. Work on your account begins as soon as you sign up and is resourced for your Minimum Term. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law come first. Our Services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Minimum Term

Your Proposal sets out your Minimum Term. Outside your rights described above:

• No refund is due for fees paid in advance if you end the Agreement before commencement.
• If you cancel during the Minimum Term, the fees for the rest of the Minimum Term become immediately due and payable.
• Any upfront payment for the Minimum Term is not refunded if you cancel early.

Creative services

No refund is due for creative services.

What refunds are not provided for

Outside your Australian Consumer Law rights, refunds are not provided for:

• Change of mind;
• Dissatisfaction with the Services where they have been delivered as described;
• Results not meeting your expectations, including lead volume, cost per lead, sales or return on ad spend;
• Delays caused by late approvals, missing access, or information not supplied by you;
• Ads rejected, restricted or paused, or ad accounts restricted or disabled, by an advertising platform;
• How leads are followed up, contacted or converted by your business; or
• Circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Your ad budget

Your ad spend is paid by you directly to the advertising platform. We never hold or receive it, so we cannot refund it.
